Abstract:
This case study is meant for discussing paired sample test, which is used to statistically analyze difference of means for dependent samples. The management of Conversys decided to outsource its employee training activity as it was not happy with the outcome of its in-house training. The management selected a human resource training firm and decided to conduct a pilot study for period of 15 days to measure the effectiveness of the training before finalizing the contract.
